Paulo Chong

Born in Macau (Chinese Special Administrative Region - SAR) in 1969. He currently lives in São Paulo, Brazil.

He has been involved in the development of various projects in a wide variety of sectors, as contract manager, project manager and construction manager.

On 28 July 1995, he set up PCS GROUP, taking on the role of Operations and Engineering Director (COO/CTO). In November 2013, he was appointed COO/CTO in Brazil.

He has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, in Porto (1997) and a bachelor's degree in Energy and Power Systems Engineering from the Military Institute of the Army Pupils (1995).

He also holds various specialisations.

He is a member of the Order of Engineers, with professional registration number 47175.

He is a member of CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy), Brazil, with the registration number 5070066589 SP.

André Timoteo

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1976. He currently lives in São Paulo, Brazil.

He has accompanied the development of various projects in a wide variety of segments, as contract manager, project manager and site manager.

In 2020 he began his partnership with PCS GROUP and in 2022 he was appointed Construction Director through his company AM3 - REFORMAS E CONSTRUÇÕES LTDA.

He has a degree in Business Administration and Civil Engineering from Universidade Paulista.

He is a member of CREA (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy), Brazil, with registration number 5071234504 SP.

Antonio Gomes

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1979. He currently lives in São Paulo, Brazil.

As an accountant, he has financially managed the development of several companies in various market segments. 

In 2017 he began his partnership with PCS GROUP and was appointed Chief Financial Officer through his company AG10 ASSESSORIA CONTÁBIL LTDA.

He graduated in Accounting Sciences from Camilo Castelo Branco University (2003).

He is a member of the CRC-SP (Regional Accounting Council of the State of São Paulo), Brazil, with registration no. 231782/0-9.

Rui Samora

He was born in Coimbra, Portugal, in 1971. He currently lives in Porto, Portugal.

He has been involved in the development of various projects in a wide variety of sectors, as site director, project director and construction director. 

In 2001 he began his partnership with PCS GROUP, and in 2021 he was appointed Representative of the Delegation in Portugal, through his company RUI SAMORA - ENGENHARIA E CONSULTORIA LDA.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra (1995) and a degree in Civil Engineering from the Higher Institute of Engineering of Coimbra of the Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra (2007).

He is a member of the Order of Engineers, with professional licence number 39917.
